Beth appears in The Beautiful Truth, a film documentary by award-winning producer Steve Kroschel with Kroschel Films. Scheduled to be released in 1,100 theaters nationwide in September 2008, it will be distributed by California-based Cinema Libre, a company focused on independent feature films and documentaries.

This film highlights the link between our health, diet, and environment, and features interviews with the top researchers and physicians in the fields of food additives, genetically engineered food, mercury and fluoride toxicity, and also the Gerson Therapy, which is dedicated to the alternative, non-toxic treatment of disease .
